Overview

Have been working in Networking domain and Routing in particular for past 6 years.

Have already done CCNA a year back with 2 weeks of preparation and with the knowledge i have in networking domain.

Planning to complete CCIE in 10 months. Have absolutely no idea how am i going to do it.

Initial Plan:

Completing CCNP Route and then CCNP switch as i believe this will give me confidence to climb the hill.

Have already done bit of study for CCNP Route in June, July and planning to give the exam by october 15. 

Topics to be covered to clear CCNP Route:

1) EIGRP - 25%

2) OSPF - 25%

3) eBGP - 5%

4) IPV6 - 15%

5) IPv4 or IPv6 based redistribution solution - 15%

6) Layer 3 Path Control - 10%

7) VPN - 5%
